Samdech Techo Hun Sen decided to cut the money 95% of traffic in an alleged traffic police officer


(Phnom Penh): Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia have agreed and decided to cut the money received from the penalty the offense traffic of about 95% to the traffic police, a law enforcement to be encouraged.
